High Line Harvest

Chelsea, NY

High Line Harvest is a vertical farming and restaurant building that is located along the High Line in Chelsea, NY. The project acts as an extension of the public park through a series of plazas and terraces that go up the side of the building.

The vertical farming “Harvest Pods” are prefabricated modular pods that grow vegetables that will be used for the restaurant located in the building. The Harvest Pods are visible from the inside and outside of the building, promoting vertical farming and hydroponics to New Yorkers and tourists in the Chelsea area.

The building also includes a gallery program due to the prominence of art already in Chelsea.
